Junk food

Enemy of health is junk food.
Unhealthy food that doesn't contain good nutritional values. Mostly is has to much sugar, fat, its too salty or too sweet and very often not fresh. It can causes obesity, diabetes, heart problems and its definitly not good for our theets.

  1. Hamburger
    Almost everybody loves hamburger. Fryed in lot of oil, and bagels wich are fool of sugar.
    Did you know that every seconde McDonalds sells 75 pieces!

  1. Coca Cola
    This drink is filled with lots of bad stuff, sugar, kofein and other stimulans that are addictive.
    Its can apear to be an ideal drink combination with delicious hamburger.

  2. Pizza
    Today it is far more popular, simpler and more accessible than any other kind of junk food.
    It can be found in numerous forms that camouflage his true, unhealthy and harmful nature. Perversional editions like those with zucchini and fresh cheese etc. , available at every step, suprises all nutrions.

  1. Chips
    Chips is substitute for all those who are lazy, during a movie or a game entertain with crunchy snacks rather than pizza.

  2. French fries
    Someone will describe it as a toxic killer of blood flow caused by soaking and frying in oil liters, but for many it will not be enough reason to refuse this fatty, salted, chicken-fried potato evil.

  3. Bakery evil
    Here in Croatia in the last few years the bakery industry has growed. I would say that the bakery is one of the biggest gulilty for obesity.
    In Croatia you have on almost each corner bakery where you can buy deliciouse chocolat bagels, croasans etc. Almost all of this products are fulled with not nutrionions values and it will not keep us filled.

  4. The worst of all, the products that seems healthy but when you start to read nutrional values on contain, you fall in shock.
    Flakes and cereals stuffed with artificial sweeteners and similar nonsense, milk is all but not milk and its mostly unhealthy fat. Or fast food in the form of fish, racici????? Etc. In the end fried is fried, fast is fast and in all forms thatbis unhealthy but.

Try to avoid that kind of food, because we deserve to be healthy, our body deserve it.

I agree with you to avoid fast food, but we must all endolge our selves in a little bit of sin. We only live once :)

Absolutely! The worst part of fast foods is that they can take food that is nutritionally good for us and pile on so many things that are bad that we forget what good food is. Bread can be healthy if you use whole grains and add vegetables and/or lots of seeds and nuts but almost any bread that you buy in a store is only a whole bunch of starch and sugar and sometimes it is deep fried and then given a coating of more sugar. Good foods can taste wonderful but no one remembers when they last tasted them!

Yes you are right, but I can't avoid it, I love junk food, pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, etc...... I post an hamburger yesterday, It was soooo good. Hi from Venezuela my friend. Following you and thank's for visiting me.
