I've moved around a lot, from Chicago to Arizona. And the most useful lifehack I've discovered is how to stay cool while sleeping in the summer. It's all about proper ventilation and bedding materials. For example, light-colored breathable fabric, a good pillow, minimalist clothing. Summer is now much easier to experience - wisely and without unnecessary electricity.
