I'm really glad you are doing a little series here on health. This is the time of the year when many people get caught up in too little sleep, too tight of a schedule, too much food, too much drink and too little self-care. Gratefully, with some awareness, we can start the year off feeling better and more fit than ever. Thank you for the post. Great one!

Agreed! These are tips that can be implemented quite easily at any time, but commonly people consider upgrades to health around New Year's. Hopefully this series will be remembered, referenced, and utilized for radiant health for many!
