I love it how Quinn puts it so simply--after he lays it out clearly, it's like "DUH?!?!" Of course that makes sense. Why then am I choosing something else? That is a common response.

And it is true, what we need first is our health. When one feels off, life in all facets is compromised. If we can do anything, and we can, why not get healthy?

Thanks for posting this at such a perfect time of year. Most health information comes after the holidays when everyone has already glutinously indulged, over planned, underslept, stressed themselves out, and made their health even worse to begin the New Year.

There is no time like the present and it really feels good to feel good.

That's all we've got!! No time like the present. I'm off to drink my hydrogen and do some yoga, deep breathing and meditation, after this incredibly restful night's sleep with my hot rocks, a down blanket, and my door open for fresh and cold 32 degree F night air. Mmmm...feeling the power!

You're another thriving example of health, @everlove! You understand the priorities.
