Many of us have problem how they can control their bodies how can they eat what they want and don’t gain weight .There are some foods and drinks that give us energy and make us feel better with low calories .
1 - Mint and lemon is one of the most delicious and refreshing beverage.
- You can drink it as detox drink (put slices of lemon with small glass of mint paper with one liter of water and drink it hole day when you feel thirsty
- Or put a lemon , glass of water and some mint paper in blender , (to make it sweet we can add sugar or honey )
