Banana is a fruit as we all know
It is a good treatment of anemia, it contains high content of iron which stimulates the production of hemoglobin in the blood.


It corrects the intestinal disorder:Like we have in the cases of ulcer,it neutralizes the excess acidity of gastric juice produced in the stomach thereby reducing the effect of ulcer.
Its also reduces the risk of cancer and asthma.
