Today I wanna share one of my Life-hacks with you - cold Shower. I've found about it long Time ago & since then my Life has changed.

I regenerate faster after Working out & no matter how I feel at certain Moments seems to disappear in a Moment after a good Freezing Cold Shower.

I spoke about this to many People but it's a rarity when someone actually listens to me about this, the Answer lies in Autoimmunity.

Autoimmunity is the system of immune responses of an organism against its own healthy cells and tissues. Any disease that results from such an aberrant immune response is termed an "autoimmune disease".

Long Story short, the weaker your Autoimmune System is, harder you will find spending Time in cold Showers. So yeah like, if you notice that - it's a first great Sign how you really need a Change. so you are saying that those years on a swim team toughened me up.. interesting thought.

i can tell you staring at that cold water before jumping in was the worst. but then after just a 20 seconds or so it would normalize.. if you started moving.

i actually don't think i like the idea of just standing there freezing my ass off... lol.
