  3. Drink tea, but without sugar, which will give you instant power.

  4. Eat a slice of dark chocolate.

Evening

The evening has come, what do we usually do? We take some "heavy" food, for which the whole day did not have enough time, we gorge on, we watch TV, because we are "tired", and then we go to bed at twelve o'clock.

Did you ever wonder why we get up the next morning like dead? Because our body works all night - digesting heavy food, falling asleep at the wrong time for him, etc.

How should a normal evening look like: prepare a light dinner of salad and some lean meat that will not give such a load on the esophagus. Make an easy exercise, you can watch TV while watching TV, however, do not watch the news, it's better to watch a comedy or some TV series that you like. You can read some interesting book. And you need to sleep during the period from 22:00 to 00:00. At this time, the body can calmly rest and gain the necessary energy. It is proved by scientists
