I would love to brief you about some healthy benefit of soya beans,carrots and avocado
.

Excellent source of molybdenum and copper, manganese, phosphorus,protein, iron, omega-3 fatty acids, dietary fiber, vitamin B2, magnesium, vitamin K and potassium.

Healthy food for diabetic patients.
Contains a large amount of carbohydrates with little or no stach..lol starch.
It helps normalize oestrogens level which helps to control menopause in women.
It reduces the risk of cancer because it contains two anti carcinogens also contains iron which helps in treatment of anemia.

Soya beans also prevents internal cloth in the arteries, it also contains lecithin which reduces the cholesterol level in blood.
It reduces the risk of cancer.

Soya beans product such as soya cheese,soya milk,soya powder can be used to achieve the functions mentioned above.
You can also add soya powder to your tea,pap and oat.

Daily consumption of soya milk helps in body building,reduce your intake of water after meal and replace with soya milk.

Avocado pear

Contains 73% of water,carbohydrates, calcium, vitamin A,B,C and E,25% fat and minerals.

Avocado enhances the secretion of gastric juice which helps in digestion,it reduces aging process because it is high in potassium which helps our body and also flush out toxins.

Helps in treatment of skin diseases or infections.
The oil helps in the treatment of skin diseases especially eczema,a friend used it and it worked perfectly.
The oil extract prevents stretch marks during pregnancy especially when applied directly to the abdominal skin.
Helps in correction of bad breathe; kills the bacterial activities in the mouth.

How to extract avocado oil
Get an avocado pear
Wash and scrap the flesh off and put in a blender.
Pour at least 1littre of coconut cream into the blender with the scrapped avocado flesh.
Blend until the mixture becomes completely smooth
Pour out the content of the blender into a pot,set it into a low heat either a gas cooker or stove but most times stove is preferable.
Stir the pot every 5minutes making sure the sides or bottom ain't burning
Note;a wooden spoon is perfect for the job.
Turn off the heat.
Use a piece of clean cloth and place over a large bowl(like you want to sieve it just like kunu or pap)
Put the cooked avocado flesh on top of the bowl,grabbing the edges of the cloth and bringing them together.
Squeeze the avocado flesh within the cloth to extract as much as you can or want.
Leave to cool
Pour the extracted oil into a small container or vacuum glass.

Back to our preparation
Get ori(African oil or Shea butter)
Mix the avocado oil together with the Ori
Rub the affected area properly but make sure you wash your body with warm water morning and evening before applying.

For stretch marks;grind plantain leaves,carrots, avocado pear leaves together and add honey,use for a period of one to two weeks.

Wrinkles; Apply egg whites to the skin that's wrinkled with a little avocado oil or coconut oil.
You can also use limb and honey after washing your skin with warm water,apply morning and night,it works perfectly.
Egg whites contains vitamins which helps in nourishing as well as tightening your skin.

Internal heat;wash and pound avocado pear leaves and boil with a little water and consume daily for a week or two.
Dosage
1glass cup 2times daily,you can also ads soya milk.

Carrots

It can be used to eliminate intestinal parasites,thread worms and pinworms due to essential oil it contains.
Its rich in protein,carotenes, fat,minerals,fibre,carbohydrates, vitamin c,iron,phosphorus,calcium etc.

Carrots purifies the blood it prevents tooth decay,heals external wounds and skin diseases like bums,wrinkles,eczema by applying on affected area.
It corrects vision;take carrots morning and night.
Preparation
Wash carrots and scrap the flesh
Grind with blender to extract the juice and sieve to get a smoother juice.
Drink daily one or two weeks
You should consume carrots daily.
