Sarapan Pagi

Sebagian anak muda masih mengesampingkan pentingnya sarapan pagi. Bahkan tak jarang sebagian dari mereka meninggalkan sarapan pagi karena terburu-buru berangkat ke sekolah, kampus, ataupun kerja. Padahal kalau kita telisik lebih lanjut, meninggalkan sarapan pagi akan mendatangkan berbagai penyakit fatal di kemudian hari. Penyakit seperti maag, liver, bahkan hepatitis juga bisa jadi ditimbulkan oleh karena kebiasaan sarapan pagi.
