A beautiful morning to you all. It's elaebi again and today I will be discussing about the health effects of consuming soft drinks like coke, fanta and sprite after taking vitamin C.
In a judgement delivered by Justice Adedayo Oyebanji sometime last year, the court warned that taking coke, sprite and fanta soft drinks with vitamin C is very poisonous to the body. There are excessive levels of "Sunset yellow and benzoic acid" contained in coca cola products which is unsafe for our consumption after taking vitamin C. For about 9 years now, a civil case has been going on against coca cola bottling company , manufacturers of fanta and sprite because they impact directly on our lives and health as we consume them.

Cancer has been listed to be one of the illness that fanta, coke and sprite can cause especially if taken with any vitamin C. Mixing coke, sprite or fanta soft drinks with Vitamin C causes death in some cases. These soft drinks failed a sample test for human consumption in the UK and became poisonous when taken after consuming Vitamin C. A lot of people have lost their lives hence I'm making this post to help share the news. It has been discovered that they is a n unwanted reaction between ascorbic acid(Vitamin C) and the preservatives used in carbonated soft drinks and the possibilities of this reaction have been supported by various scientific results and evidence so we ought to take full precaution and save our health from the effects by staying away from from fanta, coke and sprite soft drinks after consuming Vitamin C. Please do not get or quote me wrong, I'm not ruling against the existence of this soft drinks because I consume them too. I'm only we should flee from whenever we consume Vitamin C because mixing this soft drinks together with Vitamin C is very poisonous to our health.
