5 Body Parts To Always Pay Attention To When Cleaning Your Body.

Good evening and a happy Sunday to you all. Hope you all made it to God's house for service today. My name is @elaebi and briefly I would like to drive y'all through the 5 body parts we should always pay attention when cleaning our body or having our bath. So many people think seeing foams from soap rub on their body while bathing means they're extremely clean. Cleaning you body is much more then that. Below are the body parts that you should clean more often to keep them healthy and safe from bacteria and germs.

  1. Scalp.
    New York times advised women that its best to wash the hair twice a week as opposed to once a month, based on the recommendations of specialist. It is also advised to using less shampoo is better for you because it removes oils that makes hair healthier. If you Head ain't clean, it itches because sweat glands form flakes on your scalp if not properly scrubbed and massaged.

  2. Belly button (Navel).
    I doubt if so many people clean this particular part of their body when having of their body when having their bath. The accumulation of sweat and dirt can smell badly in so many people's belly button. It is advised to use a soft washcloth or cotton to gently clean around the belly button and also use table salt to disinfect the area. It is also not advised to use cream or any other skin product to avoild more dirt buildup.

  3. Behind your ears.
    This is another area people give less or no concern to when cleaning their body. Sweat dried behind your ears can smell like cheese because of bacteria growth. It is also advised that before you shower, you are respected to use cotton wool soaked in white vinegar to kill every bacteria to kill every bacteria and germs and clean every area behind your ears regularly.

  4. Tongue.
    The tongue absorbs bacteria from the food and drinks you put in your mouth everyday. Then when given less attention to leads to bad breathe because of bacteria buildup. Use a mouthwash after you clean your mouth.

  5. Feet.
    So many people today do not scrub their feet when having their bath but researchers and experts say this part of your body should be cleaned as often as we wash our face or brush our teeth.

List is not complete, the private part is important too, in short take care of your whole body, every part is import and it forms part of what makes you function as a human being.

Yup ...thanks @jenniferjulius. That's exactly what I was trying to highlight here. In women it is advised that they don't wash their private part with soap but with water because it is a self cleansing part of the body. I ain't disputing the fact that all parts of the body are important.

Thanks for the add Dear. I guess she's just trying to highlight that the parts listed above are parts of the body people give less concern to and not because the other part are less important.
