5 WAYS TO GET RID OF STRESS
Stress is our indeed our enemy. We all need to find ways to get rid of stress.
Don't worry about things you can not control: There are many things in life that we have no control over. Some of them are the problems and persecution we face in life. If you can't control, let it be.
You are not a German machine: Don't walk like a clock. You are a human being with blood and veins. You are not a machine and do try to be one. Know your limit and avoid being a workaholic. One bible writer said, Why should you die when its not yet your time.
Don't take yourself too Serious: You are not an actor control by a director. Don't allow your mistakes and limitation control you. Be free. Life is simple, be simple.
You need a good friend: We all need a good friend who will always be by our side. Someone to talk to when things go bad. A good friend can help you get rid of your stress. A problem shares is a stress reliever.
Don't Bottle in Anger: Avoid anger and leave range. Always learn to control your temper. When you do, you are actually relieving your self of stress.
