Best health advice for today is to make it a habit to read the ingredients on the labels of the food you are consuming. I like to say that it will give you an education that will open your eyes to how we are "sheeple" and need to wake up before it is too late. Seriously we are eating out of a smorgasbord of chemical that will poison us and make us sick.
Google several of the chemical additives in our foods, it is there to keep the food from spoiling and keep the profit for the companies that sell us the so called food. We have to make changes or we will pay dearly.
