What causes a person to get Fibromyalgia? What are some of the predisposing factors and triggers of this condition? What are the most common symptoms?

After decades of great health, I got very sick in 2016. After months of my own research, diet and lifestyle upgrades, and failed attempts to get help from the medical system, I finally know what's wrong with me.
