Before telling you my ways of beating stress let us briefly understand what sress is basically?

Stress is the feeling of being under too much mental or emotional pressure. Stess is so common in our lives that almost everyone of us has experianced it. Common stressors include work, relationships, and money.

Stress can affect how you feel, think, and behave. It can also impact how your body functions.

How you feel during stress
Common signs of stress include anxiety, worrisome thinking, sleeping problems, sweating, loss of appetite, and difficulty concentrating, among others.

Here are some ways which I follow to de-stress myself.

    My perception:- Meditation, in whatever form, we practice it is a stress reliever.For me it works well because I meditate with the hope of sharing my stressor with someone who has power to destress me. im other words we can say that by meditating we share our stress with someone.

  • Be Present

My perceptiom:- I think most common cause of stress is worrying about future. Studenta are stressed by thinking about exams, jobs etc. Bussiness men are stressed by their profit in future etc. If everybody among us forgets future and starts living the present most of the stressors will not remain so.
When you spend time in the present moment and focus on your senses, you should feel less tense.

  • Be Grateful
    Make a habit of counting positive things in your life and stop complaiming about negative things.Try to hide the stressor with cover of positive things. Keep a gratitude journal or several (one by your bed, one in your purse, and one at work) to help you remember all the things that are good in your life.

    I have adopted this one recently because i have seen on a tv shkw a psychiatrist giving briefing about it.

    One thing about this laugh is that it should be laugh without any reason.Not the laugh which we do while watching comedy, jokes etc It will automatically allevaite your mood. Hahahah hahaah hahahhahahahah

Logic

  1. Brings more oxygen into your body and organs.
  2. Stimulates and relieves your stress response by increasing release of endorphins in brain.
  3. Relieves tension by relaxing your muscles.
  4. In the long term, laughter can also help improve your immune system and mood.
  • Spend Time With Friends and Family

    Social support from friends and family can help you get through stressful times.Being part of a friend network gives you a sense of belonging and self-worth, which can help you in tough times.

I do share with my close friends what is stressing me and they provide multiple workable solutions.

One study found that for women, in particular, spending time with friends and children helps release oxytocin, a natural stress reliever. This effect is called "tend and befriend," and is the opposite of the fight-or-flight response

gratitude, meditation, walking, reading, and taking baths are my go-tos.
