Why your dentist suggest you or prescribe you Root canal treatment most of the time?

Hello these are frequently asked question to me

• why you all dentist always tell your patient you need a root canal treatment?
  So basically not every time we suggest a root canal but the fact is every time patient visit a dentist when they feel pain. There is no other disease in whole body other than tooth ache which can be prevent most of the time.
  But Question is why? Because in root canal procedure dentist do the microsurgery in which all the infectious tissue and organic and inorganic materials from the canals cleans out with special instruments.
• Now another question rises is that root canal is cleaning procedure? And the goes never, actually root canal system is very complicated and unpredictable dentist just try to make some way so that disinfecting fluids can easily pass throughout the canal system.
• Is that root canal procedure last forever? Its unpredictable some time best treated tooth also gives some symptoms after all that efforts and skillful hands procedure. But not in all cases.
• Is that safe or should i remove tooth? Root canal treatment is always best choice among all dentist before tooth removal. Removing tooth easy for both patient and dentist but is very expensive to patient in future and profitable to dentist 😁
