Silent medical Killers 1: that nagging headache....
Headache is a symptom that can be caused by an endless list of diseases. I'll just pick one of the sinister causes
HYPERTENSION (high blood pressure)
This ailment is mostly asymptomatic (no symptoms) and always hidden, most findings are accidental on routine checkup.
Headache mostly occurs when it is severe, long standing and worsening. it usually comes with aging but there are several cases of young people with hypertension for various reasons.
The complications of HYPERTENSION include a wide range of end-organ damage e.g. kidney disease, heart disease and the most dramatic is a cerebrovascular accident (STROKE).
Visit a doctor today, do a routine check, you might just save your life.

Good article. Unfortunately the absolute truth caused by our devil food and pharmaceutical industry. They both profit off of each other and as long as that happens, 90% of the food is going to be LDL increasing bs. Got my follow Doc
