Milk is for infants. All the animal species stop drinkig milk after surpassing infancy age, besides us humans. Every human has lactose intolerance as for cow's milk is for their babies. Not for us. There are plenty of alternatives which involve a much lower risk which don't harm animals in any way. You may choose to spare a cow and kill an almond. This is the most ethical way.
