Week one (report back)
First week done, did you achieve those goals you set? If not take a few minutes to work out a new plan, but before we start on this new plan think about why you didn't achieve your goals which you set.
Report back
So I achieved all my goals set for last week, but I don't want to let things be boring so I will change them up this week and try something new. Yesterday I heard I was going hiking in 6-7 weeks time, so let the training begin.
Most hikes we go on require a lot of strength and endurance, usually because its a few days of hiking where we carry everything with us. I will need to do a few extra things to train for this hike, so that I don't die like in one of my previous hikes.

Week one has been a success, I have lost weight (check 1) I have gained muscle (check 2) I have hardened the muscle, ripped (check 3). Diet wise I could do better seeing as I had a few cheat days and had to make up for it.
