Week 4 report back
Week 4 is finally done and over and so far it has been one of my favourite weeks of training. Everything has been much easier to do and I am starting to see the results of all the "suffering".
Quite literally, while doing my training, I feel like a superhero. Every push up every exercise feels like nothing to me, the music running through my vanes strengthening every movement with a great rawr let out as I finish my first set... 3rd set, I feel the sweat dripping from my head, my arms shaking but still going strong.
Well that's how I felt anyway, but it probably looked and sounded more like this:

Yes it happens even to the greatest of us... I bailed down the stairs like a heard of elephants stampeding... was it funny, well yes and... even more yes, I stood up only think broken was my pride and confidence, wish I had taped it...

Looking at your first illustration above reminded me that one is not trying to look attractive when running , but trying to look small and hard to hit with bullets!
Well in the area I live in the girls go jogging to check out who all is looking at them, It is quite funny to watch as the go jogging just to show off. But yes most of us aren't running to look attractive.
I gather then, In your area, the Guy's go running to look at Attractive?
Yeah they go running just to look at all the girls
LOL... well put. I use a bicycle, sweat less that way and can catch up to them, and can (almost) hold a conversation.
