Training starts? NOW!!!
Finally it is a Monday so there are no excuses for not starting on that new improved exercise program, diet and healthier you.
Some of us might be fitter and can do more, but probably, for most of us, we haven't done any exercise for a few months now. Not to worry we all need to start somewhere, it doesn't help trying to do those pull ups or that super intense sit up that will give you abs fast if you can hardly sit up from your bed.
Start simple easy that you know you can do, this will definitely help improve your enthusiasm to do what you need to do. Although there is a fine line between to easy and pushing yourself... no there isn't! If you are not breaking a sweat you need to push a little harder. If you are dying and will not be able to move tomorrow you need to take that chill pill.

I really should try and do more, I used up be really fit but since becoming disabled and housebound I don't do anything, we have just started a low fat diet so at least I am starting on the right tracks :)
