Kopi adalah sejenis minuman yang berasal dari biji kopi yang ditumbuk atau dihaluskan menggunakan alat tertentu, hampir semua kalangan pernah bahkan sering menikmati minuman ini, dari anak anak sampai lansia.

Sama dengan kebanyakan tumbuhan, Kopi juga memiliki jenis, diantaranya adalah kopi arabika, dan kopi robusta.

Sebenarnya tujuan dari postingan ini tidak untuk membahas dari semua jenis kopi tersebut, tetapi untuk membahas suatu manfaat didalamnya.
1. Meningkatkan Semangat
Kopi memiliki zat kafein yang tinggi, sehingga bisa sedikit memperlambat kinerja sel adenosin, yaitu sebuah sel yang menyebabkan rasa ingin tidur kepada otak. dengan adanya pengaruh zat kafein terhadap sel adenosin bisa membuat tubuh segar lebih lama atau mengurangi rasa kantuk.
2. Mencegah Kanker.
Kandungan Antioksidan pada kopi bisa mencegah kanker, penelitian pada suatu negara pada sejumlah wanita yang mengkonsumsi kopi 2 kali sehari, bisa menurunkan resiko kanker usus besar sampai dengan 25%.
3. Menjaga Kesehatan Mulut
kandungan anti bakteri pada kopi memiliki sifat yang baik, kandungan tersebut bisa menyembuhkan gigi berlubang, plak dan infeksi gusi, sehingga bisa mengurangi resiko kanker mulut.
4. Mengurangi Resiko diabetes.
5. Mengurangi Resiko Penyakit Alzheimer dan Demensia.
6. Mencegah penyakit Parkinson.
7. Meningkatkan Mood.
