6 Easy Habits That Will Make You Unstoppable

Waking up:

  • Do 15 pushups; increase by 5 every day until you level out; go for a week at this number; increase by 5 for subsequent weeks;
  • Jumpstart your metabolism by eating 2 raw, full-size carrots
  • Take a cold shower

Going to Bed:

  • Do same amount of pushups from the morning
  • No sugar an hour before sleep
  • Meditate 5 minutes; can go longer if you feel like it
