African Countries Like Senegal Are Rampant With Open Defecation- Street Shitting. Senegal LITERALLY A Shithole Country.
Open Defecation(Shitting on the street) is very common in developing countries like India, but also throughout the entire continent of Africa.
Open air toilets, do imply a shithole in the most literal sense. And its not like their behavior is illegal or frowned upon, most do it.
