Cool post @road2wisdom! There's little doubt the way the world and the economy runs will change completely in the next 30-40 years; most things we think of as "jobs" today will become completely automated... and they will not be "replaceable." There will be no need for those humans to be retrained to do other things.
What's exciting is that we (here on Steemit) are actually part of the "Next Wave" economy; at least the earliest part of it-- this is the "Attention Economy;" which is less about "things" than about ideas and experiences.
