@sameer777, Frankly speaking, it is not easy seeing someone you love go through the pains and suffering associated with cancer. However, I must say this post was really helpful, filled with great tips which one can apply to his or her personal life in preventing the dreadful disease called cancer, and basically to stay healthy.
