Good Night... Sleep Tight... Well, Do you???

Do you sleep like the feline friend above or do you toss and turn?
Here are a few tips that help many people fall into dreamland:
- Make the room where you sleep very dark. Have blackout curtains and, if you can't do that, face away from any light source from a window. If the light source is in the room, cover it.
Save your pennies for a really good mattress. Memory foam is undoubtedly the best for sleeping well. It took me 2 years to save for mine but many companies do credit terms. The memory foam mattresses are usually guaranteed for 10 years, so that can't be bad!
Try aromatherapy. Put a few drops of Lavender Oil on something under your pillow. For many people that is the way to relax and sleep well.
Use breathable linen bedding. It is warmer in winter and cooler in summer than polycotton and gets softer with every wash.
I hope some or all of these hints will help you have your dream sleep.
