Do you sleep like the feline friend above or do you toss and turn?

Here are a few tips that help many people fall into dreamland:

  • Make the room where you sleep very dark. Have blackout curtains and, if you can't do that, face away from any light source from a window. If the light source is in the room, cover it.
  • Save your pennies for a really good mattress. Memory foam is undoubtedly the best for sleeping well. It took me 2 years to save for mine but many companies do credit terms. The memory foam mattresses are usually guaranteed for 10 years, so that can't be bad!

  • Try aromatherapy. Put a few drops of Lavender Oil on something under your pillow. For many people that is the way to relax and sleep well.

  • Use breathable linen bedding. It is warmer in winter and cooler in summer than polycotton and gets softer with every wash.

I hope some or all of these hints will help you have your dream sleep.
