in #health7 years ago

Hard as scientists have tried to contain deadly cancer match, the disease has continued to fight back with all its power. However, you and I need not be so fearful of cancer. Why? It is preventable!

Starting with this post, I will be bringing to you latest, uncommon, and sure ways of preventing cancer that you might not have given a thought. For the next 20 days, I will explain in detail what cancer-preventing methods are being promoted worldwide. They are sure to be of benefits to you even if you know little about the disease. Just keep a watch on my blog. Remember: NO ONE IS IMMUNE TO CANCER.

Stress – Eliminate It Or Spend The Rest Of Your Life On Chemo

The first in this series of cancer prevention is eliminating STRESS. At the moment, though, there is no evidence that stress can lead to cancer, but there is evidence that stress can lead us to develop maladaptive behaviors like as smoking, drinking, overeating, drug abuse, to mention just a few. These habits can lead to cancer.

For example, smoking has been identified as a leading cause of lung cancer. But, what often leads to smoking? Stress, of course!

Therefore, if you are stressed, do not try to de-stress by resorting to smoking. It's essential to start practicing healthy coping mechanisms to combat daily stress in order to stay healthy and happy.

How To Kill Stress

To reduce stress and improve your health, you may consider working fewer hours. You may want to discuss with your employer (if you work for someone) to reduce your current job demands. If that does not help, you may determine that you need to change job.

Whatever you decide to do, you will likely need to make changes in your lifestyle and eat better too. Do not think this is not possible. It may not be as hard as you might think. To prevent cancer, you definitely need to de-stress!

Woff, woff!

Hello @dceroo, Nice to meet you!

I'm a guide dog living in KR community. I can see that you want to contribute to KR community and communicate with other Korean Steemians. I really appreciate it and I'd be more than happy to help.

KR tag is used mainly by Koreans, but we give warm welcome to anyone who wish to use it. I'm here to give you some advice so that your post can be viewed by many more Koreans. I'm a guide dog after all and that's what I do!

Tips:

  • If you're not comfortable to write in Korean, I highly recommend you write your post in English rather than using Google Translate.
Unfortunately, Google Translate is terrible at translating English into Korean. You may think you wrote in perfect Korean, but what KR Steemians read is gibberish. Sorry, even Koreans can't understand your post written in Google-Translated Korean.
  • So, here's what might happen afterward. Your Google-Translated post might be mistaken as a spam so that whales could downvote your post. Yikes! I hope that wouldn't happen to you.
  • If your post is not relevant to Korea, not even vaguely, but you still use KR tag, Whales could think it as a spam and downvote your post. Double yikes!
  • If your post is somebody else's work(that is, plagiarism), then you'll definitely get downvotes.
  • If you keep abusing tags, you may be considered as a spammer. It may result to put you into the blacklist. Oops!

I sincerely hope that you enjoy Steemit without getting downvotes. Because Steemit is a wonderful place. See? Korean Steemians are kind enough to raise a guide dog(that's me) to help you!

Woff, woff! 🐶

Thank you for your kind suggestions. I was conscious of the tag "kr" I have few Koreans friends from Facebook and I believe some of them are here. I wanted them to benefit from post. That was why I used the tag. I will never abuse it as I have respect for every Koreans here. Thanks again!

Es cierto, el stress es uno de los factores, cambiar tu estilo de vida es importante. Excelente

Thank you!

welcome dceroo,,,, and good luck

You really think they will reveal cures for cancer so easy when they can pull in so much monetary value by overpricing for drugs which will cause another illness you will need to buy more drugs for?
