Eating food is always our best hobby ever. Food is lifer, as they say. Eating foods beyond you knowledge on how will it affect you is somehow alarming. Your health is at the stake. We've been eating foods we thought that is very healthy. We tend to believe that those foods we eat increases our life time span. But do we know that what food we thought that is healthy for us is one of the killer foods?
Here are the example of the foods you should be aware.
