Thank you for this post. I will try to stick to this regimen and do my workouts regularly. I want to lose weight now, so I even bought weight plates from https://skinnyyoked.com/bodybuilding/equipment/best-weight-plates/ to make it happen faster. I got fat because I started eating more fatty foods and fast food in general. I gained weight quickly. Also, water is almost completely gone from my diet, and I'm very upset about that. I was drinking more soda or sweet tea. I understand that these empty carbs fill my stomach and don't do my body any good.
