I have always said sleep is over rated! Lol..
I heard somewhere a little while back that 8 hrs is actually too much sleep..I am not so sure about that lol

well it is the recommended amount for adults

It had been for a lot of years, can't remember the study, but it reckoned 8 hrs was to much!
