Fig Fruit is Beneficial for Health as it contains multiple vitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B2. Milk is the common source of most of the minerals like calcium, zinc and iron necessary for the body but fig fruit can also provide most of the minerals like sodium , calcium , iron and chlorine.

It is also a fibrous fruit that is why it is best for the people who have constipation issue as it helps in digestion. It also plays a major role in keeping our cholesterol level in control and to help us in loosing fat.

My grandma had a digestion problem, and it is super helpful! But fig is not easy to store for a long time and high in sugar- not really friendly for diabetes and the people who are under keto diet.
