MALUNGGAY PLANT

For those who is not familiar with this very nutritious leafy veggie, let me share it to u. This Malunggay (in Phillipine language) with scientific name " Moringa oleifera" but english speakers called this as “moringa”. This kind of plant can grow in tropical country. Malunggay leaves commonly and widely used as vegetable ingredients in cooking specially in the Philippines as soups, salad other tropical viands.

Malunggay is being called as "Miracle tree" because of it's health benefits. It can be used as herbal medicine because of its various vitamins and nutrients contains in this plant.

Would you believe that this simple kind of leafy plant can be the most useful. And guys Malunggay is one of my favorite.
