THE ANEMIA AS A DESCELLANT FACTOR IN OUR BODY
As you know anemia is a decrease in hemoglobin in blood and this hemoglobin is a protein that has red blood cells which is responsible for transporting oxygen to organs and tissues, many people at any time are at a level of discouragement and exhaustion and do not know the cause one of them can be anemia and that usually occurs due to different elements such as lack of iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid in our body.
This is the discouragement in people who have to face the day to day in their jobs and the performance is affected by the inability to be at 100%, if you are having symptoms of shortness of breath you feel dizzy and feel exhausted in its transcendence it is good to go to a laboratory and perform a hematology where the levels of hemoglobin and red blood count will be reflected and to complete his analysis he will perform in blood chemistry the values of iron, ferritin, transferrin, folic acid, and vitamin B12 and that due to the decrease of some of these elements can cause it
One of the different types of anemia we can find depending on the deficienecias mentioned are:
- Megaloblastic anemia: This type of anemia is due to the lack of folic acid in our body and they are very simple to supplement when consuming foods rich in folate such as green leafy vegetables such as spinach, lettuce, cabbage. cabbage, cauliflower, turnip, among others, contain large amounts of folic acid
- Iron deficiency anemia: This occurs when we have a low iron diet in our body which is essential for the development of red blood cells this mineral we get in foods such as meats, grains, liver, green leafy vegetables nuts
- Anemia perniciosa: Esta se da cuando no hay una buena absorcion de vitamina B 12 por el intestino o en su defecto el bajo consumo de esta vitamina la cual ayuda a la formacion del ADN de los globulos rojos. entre los alimentos rico en vitamina B12 tenemos carnes, huevos.leche y productos lacteos, pescado
