Dear Diary: I Will Try To Walk Today With My Crutches
I am still thankful to God that I am still able to walk and bathe myself and then use my hands and my feet to walk around and my hands to feed myself and to use the computer, it is all a blessing still that I am grateful for to see the world and enjoy what is in it for me like nature and my lovedones and friends offline and online I am all thankful for it.
I had been bedridden for months because of my weakness and breathlessness issues but I will try today to walk around the house and exercise my feet to see if I can do two to three laps walking in our small old house.
I do not want to make my legs shrink because of lack of exertion although I had been exerting myself when I move which to some is normal movement but for me it is like hiking on top of Mount Everest.
So today I will have to see and first I have to get my crutches and fix it to length and I will use it for my walking as an aid and I will just be careful so that I will not trip over and break my brittle bones.
I will attempt to walk because of my pain improvements, it is one of the main factor that forbids me to move around because my rib, tailbone, back, and hip joint pains are quite a bit improved. So wish me luck but I am not optimistic about it.
I know you have it in you @cryptopie. One step at a time. God is with you. I am very happy to hear you are getting up. Deciding is the first step.

Thank you @gungho my knees really are so weak but I hope that I will regain strength soon because it is just better if I can walk without some special aide like crutches or walking canes.
God bless you every day more, that his healing power works in your life from the feet to the head. Go ahead trust in God keep fighting you will have victory in the mighty name of Jesus.
I ask Yahweh in Jesus name that He protect you and allow you to walk with your Canadian crutches.
Yes I could walk but like with a battery with one bar left with its charge. I get weak so easily.
