Dear Diary: I Liked My Supper For Today, Boiled Eggplant Seasoned With Fish Sauce Plus Stewed Meat

It seemed that my appetite enhancer worked today because I was able to eat a rice meal, I forgot to take a photo of my simple meal but oh well the important thing is that I did enjoyed the boiled eggplant. Normally my mother puts it over a cooking rice and when the rice is done the eggplant cooks tender with it, it tastes sweetish when eaten with rice.

Learning that my mother cooked an eggplant that way made me want to eat and I fortunately did without feeling anorectic about it. Eating a tenderly boiled and seasoned with fish sauce along with some meat stew that my mother cooked the other day is a delicious meal for me because I haven't eaten much of a meal here at home lately, always my protein shake.

But maybe that I haven't eaten my lunch that I was able to eat my supper today but I might buy myself an additional appetite enhancer so that I could really eat well like today with my supper. But I haven't eaten a boiled eggplant for a while and it sure is a "delish" meal.

One more thing to say is that I ate while sitting up, maybe because I could seal my lips while eating although I really won't eat in public because I am eating like a baby bird as I would quite turn my head up whilst chewing my food. It is still difficult but unlike before I was able to eat without messing myself with my food from my mouth.

It is one of the little things that I notice plus my lesser need to use analgesics and I am indeed happy not using analgesics because of its bad side-effects. Somehow prayers and good thoughts about my welfare, health and well-being works. Thanks to God and the steemit friends that always in the background, God bless and keep you all.
