Not too shabby for being almost 40. I trained and competed quite a bit in my younger years. Even though I haven't been training like I used to, I still feel pretty good about what I see here. Remember folks, staying healthy is important. Especially as we get older. Get out there and stay active. It doesn't matter if you go so hard you puke or if you just take a walk around the park. Staying active is a big part of life, so go do something awesome. Push yourself a bit. Trust me, your body will thank you.
