So my 35 meal plan...

I have renamed it :)

In a unique marketing ploy I renamed the 35 meal plan something else . . .

The 35 plan was aimed at only eating US$ 35 worth of food for seven days, however prices and food quality varies by geographical location and other variables...

Thus the 35 meal plan became
...
The Drippy Sex Meal Plan, [ editors note: notice how the acronym flows off your tongue? ]

Try it; TDSMP = The Drippy Sex Meal Plan...

So now we have a catchy title for marketing our eating program, let us look at the contents of this food system. BE AWARE this is not a diet, this is the food eating plan for the rest of your normal existence upon this planet...

Breakfast, Oats and whole milk.

morning tea full apple or full capsicum or full pear or full orange or full banana. NOTE the ENTIRE FRUIT is EATEN, so make sure you wash the banana PEEL and orange peel with dish soap before you rinse in plain water...

Yes you eat the seeds and everything, I personally do not like the pepper seeds so I opt out of eating them, the apple seeds and stems I choose to discard.

YES you DO EAT the banana peel, the apple seeds and the ENTIRE outside of the orange.

Lunch is double handful of broccoli, spinach or other super green food. Two or three raw garlic cloves diced to avoid choking, I smoother them in honey or whole milk.

Onion Chives nothing is ever cooked...

EXCEPT out of a can...

tinned tuna, tinned (everything) tinned tomatoes, tinned salmon, beans and rice ...

Things like green beans are best raw, nothing is poached or grilled, the microwave is for coffee, the stove for tea leaves...

Before sleep is a filling chocolate milk with whole milk, this FAT supplement prevents hunger pangs overnight...

Every day is a power walk or shuffle chasing a tennis ball. The tennis ball prevents the body adapting to the exercise routine. The nerves and muscles must work to catch a ball you bounce upon GRASS, since the ball does anything you are always adapting and blasting your body joints form different directions.

It is this repeatedly low impact but fast uncoordinated movement that prevents the body from getting into an exercise groove. Add in 20 pushups and 10 chin-ups/pullups...

Remember it is all the wrong information your society gives you that rewards you with obesity and diabetes; as long as you recall your governemnt licenced health professional is simply a legal drug pusher you have a hope of enjoying a quality health status into middle or old age...

Understand food is for fun or it is for FUEL, your a biological machine so stop eating for enjoyment and give your body power foods that will prevent any diseases including many sexually transmitted diseases; hence the name...
