Researchers from Ben Gurion University in Israel are working on a new single dose fertility drug for both men and women, that works in just 24 hours. As telomeres shorten with each generation of cells, the hope for this new drug is that it will do the reverse, effectively adding life to old cells or cell lines. The drug also seems to have a protective effect on cells which are undergoing radiation therapy.
