Ketogenic/Low Carb Mini Pizzas

Yet another low carb option for those of you who want to feel like you're having a cheat meal! I get it, low carb eating can be hard, especially when dealing with cravings. The best part about our technology driven society though is that Google is at our very fingertips and thousands of recipes are out there to substitute!

This "recipe" is one of the simplest and quickest keto snacks I've ran across so far and they always turn out delicious!

Ingredients

-low carb tortillas
-tomato sauce (plain)
-cheese
-italian seasoning
-meat (or not) of your choosing

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350° and place two plain tortillas inside for about 10 minutes to begin toasting.

Once tortillas become firm and crispy, take them out and spread tomato sauce on them(seasoned with Italian seasoning, garlic, etc). Top off with cheese and other desired toppings and then you are ready to cook!

About 5 more minutes in the oven and you are ready to eat! No complicated recipe, just straight to the point low carb eating that you will definitely love!

For sure! I've been on and off a ketogenic diet for a couple years now so I've learned to dig around for good food to try.

the trick on the keto diets is not to exceed 60gram of carbs per day! also on ketos you can cheat every 20days so you can eat everything you like !
Iv tryed all the kinds of keto pizzas , also this one quality & taste is amazing quantity wanna make you cry ! hehe
