Water is an important substance for life, which is made up of chemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen (H2O) . By the way, the water is in the form of liquid in normal temperature, pressure. But It also occurs in nature as snow, glaciers and icebergs, clouds, fog, dew, and atmospheric humidity. Whether water is in any form, it is necessary for everyone's life. From ant to elephant, everyone's life is not possible without water.


Water in Human Life

The Average amount of Water in a Normal Human body is 55-60%. Due to low Bones and more Muscle, Average amount of Water in the newborn's Body is 75%. But after reaching the age of 2 years, this amount of water in the body becomes 65%.
The need for Water in our body Depends on our Living Place, Our Weight, Age and Gender. If we live near the desert or some hot spot, due to excessive heat, there will be Transpiration and there will be Water Shortage in the Body. In Contrast, this Action will be slow in Snow Regions.

Water makes the body skin soft, it regulates body temperature and provides lubrication of bone joints. Water is not only in blood but also In small cells of the body, there are three quarters of the water in our heart and brain, as far as the dry bones contain 33% water.

But water is sufficient in our body, so why do we have to drink water?

Reason 01. Every Organism wastes 1-2 Liters of Water in the form of Urine, as Sweat and in the Toilet. Even in this breath, we lose water, breathing is very important for our life. Whereas all this action is necessary for our life.
To meet this shortage, it is necessary to drink water to keep the amount of Water in the Body.

Reason 02. Water also helps digestion of food in the digestive tract, Water is located in our salivary glands, which makes it Simple by mixing it in the diet. Control in Body Temperature, Maintains moisture in the Skin.

To perform all these actions, we must meet the shortage of water. Having a balanced amount of water in everybody's body prevents us from anhydrous and overhydration.

For a healthy person it is enough to drink 3-4 liters of water throughout the day. We should drink tea and coffee in small quantities, more tea reduces thirst for water. Litchi, cucumber, carrot, cauliflower should be consumed as these fruits have high amount in water.
