Yes, the main aspect and the driving force of our life is mental health and if we have strong mind set and mental health then that inturn will reflect in our actions and whatever decisions we take in life that will be effective and no matter what situation we will face we will face it with strong mind set and we can control all these situations but in contrary if our mental health is not good due to any reason then that will make our life frustrated because our actions will be most of the time unproductive and these situations can disturb our personal and professional life and inturn we can stuck in the trap of issues.

Mental health can create disturbances in families and sometimes these situation can make the relationships bitter, so it's really important to take care of our mental health and we have to stay away from the overloaded stress because unnecessary stress can disturb our mental health.

Very well said @chireerocks our mental health frames up a lot of things in our life. It is very important we take care of our physical and mental body equally to live a healthy and joyful life. And imbalance in any can create a lot of disturbance.
