My wife actually have a joke when the urge to eat something bad comes along (like a cheap chocolate or other processed food) all we say to the other is Monsanto, and that dampens the will right then and there.
hahah. I know the feeling. That's a good joke. It gets very hard if you try and watch everything you eat. I just stay away from processed foods.
Yup that's pretty much the idea. Just gives more motivation to really make things at home with ingredients that you know and trust.
