So uhm, i realised that just the same way most people treat time, same way they do to their health. Time as we all know is surplus which makes alot of people waste it. Same way, some people pay less attention to their health until a pathological condition subjects a person to enforced health care.

From my observations, the concept of health care is foreign to alot of individuals. This set of indidviduals live life without paying any form of attention to their health. This I believe is because a person can't see the minute changes that occur within the body system.

Today, i'll be talking about some basic health tips for a better well-being . Adhering to these simple tips will surely payoff in the life of the observers. In the UK, there's a project called The 'Five Ways to Wellbeing'. In this project, individuals are advised to ;
(1) Keep trying out New things
(2) Be active
(3) Connect with people around
(4) Be curious and reflect
(5) Do something for a friend or stranger.

Healthy eating and regular physical activity are the keys to foo health at whatever age. These two factors alone may lower a person's risk for obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers.

Healthy eating involves eating nutrient-dense foods such as fruit and vegetables, whole grains, foods fortified with vitamin D and calcium such as cheese, seafoods, lean meats, poultry, beans and taking enough water.

Physical activity is equally as important as healthy eating as it may improve endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. Physical activity is encouraged by engaging oneself in activities that moves different parts of the body such as running, walking, etc.
