I haven't had too much seitan, but I love tempeh a lot! There's a company called Smiling Hara that produces a great black bean tempeh :)
Tempeh is awesome too, I just tried it for the first time in Berlin and I was worried because I heard it was an acquired taste, but it was delicious! I'll keep an eye out for the black bean one though, thanks for the tip!
