MENSTRUAL COLEKS, PAINFUL RULE, DISMENORREA

The causes of menstruation cramps and abnormalities are very varied, and include abnormalities in the functioning of the ovary, hormonal changes, diseases that cause bleeding, uterine polyps and other malignant and benign tumors.

TREATMENT

  • Peppermint: Infusion of leaves

Preparation: Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of mint leaves. The vessel is well covered so that the active ingredients do not escape, and it is left to rest for 5 minutes.

  • Chamomile: Infusion of the whole plant orally
