EFT
I regularly do Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which is basically repeating negative beliefs or situtations as statements whilst tapping on meridian points. In this way the positive messages get through to your subconscious better than just consciously saying them alone.
People have made up several different versions of EFT and it's hard to really know if one is more effective than the other. I think if you can align your intent with the practice then you are doing the best you can for yourself.
In my opinion it's worth a commited try for at least a month to see if can change any negative beliefs, emotions, phobias you might have and want changed. There is a lot of research out there showing that it has been very effective helping veterans with PTSD. Why it has not come through to mainstream medicine is a bit frustrating as it's so simple to do and has the potential to lift the good vibrations of the world.
Any way below is an example of one way it is done. It is by a man called Brad Yates who has been doing it for a long time and has many videos on YouTube on all sorts of different topics. The self love one I use every now and then to help strengthen that love for myself.
Hope you enjoy!
Have you tried EMDR my friend? I have heard good things about this :-)
I have heard about it, need to look into it more.
Definitely check it out, I haven't tried it myself but I am hoping to try it soon, how about NLP?
I have anxiety issues so seeking help again
Yeh I see an EFT practioner and they do a bit of NLP as well as visualisations. Transformational Breathing has seemed to have helped people with anxiety as well as many other conditions.
Do you find NLP helpful? It's something I really want to try, have you tried CBT? It really did nothing for me so focusing on finding alternatives now that will hopefully work.
Just so you know I followed you and uprated your post, out of interest want to take a look at my latest post? Is about mental; health issues too :-)

Another great way to love on yourself!
Another I enjoy using are the simple and effective practice of writing gratitudes.
I use this especially when I'm feeling low. Very low.
Yeh they do say gratitude is key and like anything the more you practice it the better you get at really feeling it more.
Amazing video..
Love yourself first and everything else falls into line.
