How's your mattress and pillow?

I had neck problems for quite a while and changing to a thicker more expensive pillow (won't be the same fore everyone) reduced my neck issues 90-95%.

I thought my pillows were OK before this too. It was just random chance I tried a thicker pillow while visiting a friends house. I woke up with my neck feeling great.

I have tried 4 or 5 different pillows. But I think you are mostly right. I havent found a perfect one yet.

Same with mattress. And it seems my body isn't happy with with one type. I have tried different mattresses and one is fine for a few days...then not.

I have no idea if the pillow or mattress are the issue just wanted you to consider it if you hadn't already.
