How To Fight Cold, Flu or Sore Throat

People are getting the flu real bad this time of year. People do all kind of things but never fight it.
If you don't have the cold, flu or sore threat you can drink hot lemon water every morning at least 1 hours before eating or drinking anything else. If you can 2 hours is better. This is for prevention.
Buy a cheap juicer and juice a one lemon. One lemon will last 5 to 7 days depending the size of the lemon. In a large mug add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and add hot water and drink it.

If you have cold, flu or sore throat you should add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger root. If taste is an issue you can get raw honey. Honey for taste obviously and raw honey can help fight it. Do this daily even when you get better. Stop when after a week you feel better to make sure it's gone.
Don't forget to wash hands regularly especially when coming home because you can pick up viruses and bacteria.
All 3 items can be bought at your local grocery store. In some cases your grocery store won't have raw honey, if that's the case you can go to your local health food store.
